This Agreement does not cover routine maintenance or malfunction due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to maintain any system or appliance in accordance with manufacturer specifications. This Agreement only covers failures due to normal wear and tear. In the event a Service Request is denied, commercial review that denial, We have the right to request routine maintenance records in reviewing Our decision.
